Our Approach: 'Information at your fingertips...'
We were approached by Samsung to work alongside a design agency to help create a unique shopping experience in Harrods. Working with the design team, and the brief from Samsung, we decided upon using digital ticketing and interactive displays. With Harrods being a premium space, the aim was to minimise any clutter around the displays with paper tickets.
Using 10’’ touchscreens we were able to install an experience which not only gave the customer and store team all the information they’d require at their decision point, but also give an interactive experience allowing customers or the store team to select the content they’d like to showcase. All the items were remotely updatable, with the option of certain areas even being updated by the store team themselves.
