Our Approach: 'Knowing your Client'
Having worked with Samsung over several years, the usual challenge of the annual Refresh process, tight deadlines and last minute changes were heightened with the advent of Lockdown, not knowing when or how we would be able to visit or how we would be working.
Using our knowledge of the fixtures, product and tech and working with the Client and Retailer we were able to produce a flexible schedule that could be implemented quickly and efficiently once we were able to attend to update the fixtures, product and POS and also complete a new fixture rollout all completed within the timeline and without effecting the peak trading periods.
