We were approached by Aramis Lab Series for Men to put four systems into House of Fraser stores across the UK and utilise RFID as a method to trigger playback on the screen located in the counter.  The systems were to employ an attract screen to engage the customer and then display information on products as the customer picked them upThe brief detailed 2 screens and the use of a camera for scanning a customers skin but primarily the system was to be easy to use, easy to up date and simple to maintain.The system was powered by signagelive and allowed us to push content updates to the systems using an internet connection as well sending back reporting allowing us to see what products were picked up and what content was played back the most

The same system was later utilised in Toronto, Canada.

Lime IT & Multimedia Solutions Ltd won the award in the category “Best use of in-store marketing technology in retail” at the Retail Systems Awards 2009 for our RFID interactive digital signage project for House of Fraser and Estee Lauder.  The other nominee was Boots alongside Empathica.
